Find Your Beach

I saw this Corona ad while watching a very unfortunate Cowboys game last night (sigh) ... anyway, it reminded me how much I enjoy Corona's advertising. You can always tell when it's a Corona ad ... picturesque beaches, the sound of waves crashing, attractive people lounging, and of course the Corona bottle. Their ads always hook me, but the switch up in the beginning of this ad was pretty clever. Simple concept, but very effective, and somewhat timely since most people are not hitting up the beach this time of year. Their print advertising follows this same structure. It's amazing how many ways they can come up with positioning a bottle of beer and a lime! Add in a couple clever words ... genius.
